GPN11 NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF MONROE Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Michael Tobler aka Michael A.Tobler to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Taylor, Bean and Whitaker Mortgage Corp., dated 12/20/2006, recorded on December 27, 2006 in Deed Book 1180 at Page 96, Monroe County, Georgia Records.
