(BERMUDEZ) NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, HALL COUNTY By virtue of the power of sale contained in a Security Deed from Oscar O. Bermudez and Rosario C. Garcia to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., as nominee for Shelter Mortgage Company, LLC dba Fairfield Mtg. dated April 21, 2005 recorded in Deed Book 5325, Page 294-303 , Hall County Records, and last assigned to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association s/b/m Chase Home Finance LLC, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT AND 00/100 ($120,988.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, before the Courthouse door of Hall County, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday, February 5, 2013 the following described property, to wit: All that or parcel of land lying and being in Tadmore G.M.D. 268, Hall County, Georgia, as shown and delineated as Lot 20 Autumn Woods Subdivision, on Plat of Subdivision recorded in Plat Slide 723, page 64A, Hall County, Georgia Plat Records, which plat is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference.
