Thence, continuing from said point of beginning, South, along the West side of said street, a distance of 105 feet. Thence running West, at right angles to said street, a distance of 174 feet, to a point. Said plat and survey is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Webster County, Georgia, in Plat Book 3, Page 255 and sai\f0 d plat and survey thereof arc by express reference thereto incorporated herein for a more complete description of the property.\b\par

\b0\f1 The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney\rquote s fees (notice of intent to collect attorney\rquote s fees having been given).\f0\par
