Notice is given that a notice of intent to dissolve Southeast Georgia Rehabilitation, Inc., a Georgia corporation (the \'93Corporation\'94), with its registered office at 1350 Truman Street, Waycross Georgia 31501, will be delivered to the Secretary of State for filing in accordance with O.C.G.A. \'a714-3-1401.1.
