MCLAURIN, as grantor, to UNITED BANK AS TRUSTEE FOR G. NILES MURRAY SEP IRA, as grantee, and recorded in Deed Book 3368, page 80, of the Superior Court records of Spalding County, Georgia, granting the property hereinafter described as collateral for the payment of the indebtedness secured thereby, and by virtue of default in the payment of the indebtedness therein mentioned, which has made the aforesaid power of sale operative and effective, the undersigned, as attorney in fact for FINLEY A.
