Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Richard B Goodman and Sundi Jo Chambers to Homebanc Mortgage Corporation, dated February 16, 2006, recorded in Deed Book 2853, Page 260, Spalding County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association by assignment recorded in Deed Book 2982, Page 64, Spalding County, Georgia Records,conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of ONE HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($197,100.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Spalding County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in March, 2013, the following described property:All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 145 of the 2nd District, of Spalding County, Georgia, being Lot 10, of the Cottages at Heron Bay (AKA POD AA1), as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 24, pages 709 through 713, Spalding County, Georgia, records, which Plat is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference for a more detailed description.
