40105823 12-032181 Crouch 7/26, 8/2, 9, 16,23,30 STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF DOUGLAS NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER Because of a default in the payment of the indebtedness secured by a Security Deed executed by Khaaliq Crouch and Rhonda Crouch to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. dated March 29, 2005, and recorded in Deed Book 2131, Page 745, Douglas County Records, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to Wells Fargo Bank, NA, by Assignment , securing a Note in the original principal amount of $113,680.00, the holder thereof pursuant to said Deed and Note thereby secured has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said Deed, will on the first Tuesday, September 4, 2012, during the legal hours of sale, before the Courthouse door in said County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the property described in said Deed, to-wit: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 732 OF THE 1ST DISTRICT, 3RD SECTION OF DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 10, BROOKFIELD VILLAGE, UNIT ONE, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 91, DOUGLAS COUNTY RECORDS, WHICH PLAT IS HEREBY REFERRED TO AND INCORPORATED HEREBY BY REFERENCE THERETO.
