4323228 NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF CLARKE Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained with that certain Deed to Secure Debt dated January 11, 2006, from Thomas A. Valente and Susan T Testor to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as a nominee for Synovus Mortgage Corp., recorded on January 12, 2006 in Deed Book 3022 at Page 226, Clarke County, Georgia Records, having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC, Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2006-AC4 by Assignment and said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a note dated January 11, 2006, in the amount of $86,400.00, said note being in default, the undersigned will sell at public outcry during the legal hours of sale before the door of the courthouse of Clarke County, Georgia, on December 4, 2012, the following described real property (hereinafter referred to as the "Property"): ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, TOGETHER WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE 218TH GMD, CLARKE COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 16, BLOCK D, SECTION III, CEDAR SHOALS ESTATES, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED ACCORDING TO A PLAT OF SURVEY PREPARED BY J.R. HOLLAND, GEORGIA REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR, ENTITLED "FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT FOR SECTION III OF CEDAR SHOALS ESTATES", DATED FEBRUARY 7, 1978, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 38, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURTOF CLARKE COUNTY, GEORGIA.
