You are hereby commanded personally or by attorney to be and appear at the Stephens County Juvenile Court for a provisional hearing to be held on the 4th day of October 2012, at 09:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, at the Stephens County Courthouse in Toccoa, Georgia, then and there to answer the Department?s Petition (Deprivation) and to answer why the Department?s prayers for relief should not be granted. The findings of fact and orders of disposition made pursuant to the provisional hearing will become the final order by this Court.
That by reason of this Court?s Order for Service by Publication dated the 18th day of July 2012, you are hereby commanded and required to file with the Clerk of said Court, and serve upon Marie K.
