Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the GALILEE CHURCH ROAD DIRECTIONAL BORING PROJECT - 2012 including approximately 289 lineal feet of 16-inch AWWA C906 DR-9 Directionally Bored PE pipe, and 288 lineal feet of 12-inch Class 350 Ductile Iron water main, in Jackson County Georgia, will be received by The Authority Engineer until 3:30 p.m., (Eastern Time) September 11, 2012, and then publicly opened and read aloud in the Jackson County Water and Sewerage Authority (JCWSA) Conference Room at 117 MLK Ave., Jefferson, GA 30565.

A pre-bid conference (attendance is not mandatory) will begin at the JCWSA office at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on August 29, 2012.

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS can be obtained from JCWSA, (706) 367-1741, ext. 307 upon non-refundable payment of $50.

The Authority has acquired all necessary state and federal permits in connection with this project. The Authority has acquired 100% of the easements and rights-of-way in connection with this project.

All BIDDERS must submit a Contractor E-Verify Affidavit. In accordance with Georgia law all bids not accompanied by the Contractor E-Verify Affidavit will be determined non-responsive and immediately rejected.
