Less & Except any portion of subject property conveyed in Right of Deed at Deed Book 720, Page 255, Greene County, Georgia records; said property found in the possession of Dan Fisher, levied on to satisfy the fi. fa. in favor of Credigy Receivables, Inc. against Dan Fisher issued in the Superior Court of Greene County, Georgia, levied on as property of defendant in fi. fa., notice of levy and sale having been given the defendant in fi. fa. (or to defendant in possession).
