NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING



Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Thomasville Board of Architectural Review & Zoning Appeals in the Council Chambers, Municipal Building, Thomasville, Georgia on August 8, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.



This hearing will be for the purpose of considering a request for a variance to the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance described below.

Appeal No: ARZA-2012-05



Michael Adams, Agent, and P. David Hufstetler, Owner, have applied for a variance to:



Sec. 22-181 Specifications; variance to side yard setback



of the Municipal Code of Thomasville for property owned and located at 2315 Patterson Street, Thomasville, Georgia.



All interested citizens are invited to examine the appeal documents on file in the office of the Zoning Administrator, 413 West Jackson St., Thomasville, Georgia 31792.
