CITY OF POOLER Conditional Zoning Amendment North Godley Developers, Inc. has petitioned the City of Pooler to amend the conditions placed on the rezoning of 78.39 acres of Tract 1, The Roberts Tract, which were approved by Mayor & Council, Monday, July 21, 2008. The petitioner is requesting for all conditions to stay the same for the remaining portion of Tract 1 and delete all conditions on Tract 3. The tract is located on Jimmy DeLoach Parkway. Notice is hereby given that a public hearing is scheduled before the Planning and Zoning Commission, Monday, June 11, 2012 at 6:00 P.M. The Official Public Hearing before the Mayor and Council is scheduled for June 18, 2012 at 5:45 p.m. The petitioner and any private individual shall be entitled to present evidence concerning the Conditional Zoning Amendment request before the Planning and Zoning Commission and/or Mayor and Council.
