Take notice that:



The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that certain piece, parcel or tract of land containing 1.77 acres, more or less, lying in and being in Land Lot 19 of the 9th Land District of Colquitt County, Georgia, and being more particularly described as Tract 1 according to that plat of survey entitled Survey for Georgia Home Sites Development, LLC prepared by Harper Surveying, Inc., of Tifton, Georgia, on July 25, 2002, said plat being recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 128 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Colquitt County, Georgia, and being be reference incorporated herein.



This property is identified in Colquitt County tax records as Map and Parcel Number C074-170.



will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 6th day of October, 2012.



The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of June, 2011, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Colquitt County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1108, Page 459.
