TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF18, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Haralson County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in September, 2012, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 212 OF THE 7TH DISTRICT AND 5TH SECTION OF HARALSON COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN THE CITY OF BREMEN, AND BEING SUBDIVIDED LOT 5 AND THE WEST HALF OF LOT 6, BLOCK C, UNIT 2, KENSINGTON FOREST SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO A PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION WHICH IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 244, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF HARALSON COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, AND WHICH PLAT IS BY LEAVE OF REFERENCE INCORPORATED INTO AND MADE A PART OF THIS DESCRIPTION.
