GEORGIA, BIBB COUNTY NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER -Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Raynelle H. Brown to Fairfield Financial Services, Inc., dated March 21, 2002, recorded in Deed Book 5258, Page 124, Bibb County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation by assignment recorded in Deed Book 5258, Page 139, Bibb County, Georgia Records,conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of THIRTY-NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($39,200.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Bibb County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December, 2012, the following described property: SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF EXHIBIT "A" All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 154 of the 4th District, in the City of Macon of Bibb County, Georgia, being known and designated as Lot 33, Mimosa Drive Subdivision, according to a plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page 59, Clerk's Office, Bibb Superior Court, which said plat is by this reference thereto incorporated herein; being the same property as conveyed in the instrument recorded in Deed Book 2066, Page 261, of said records.
