GEORGIA, BIBB COUNTY NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER -Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Glen Lowder to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp. dated 10/5/2007 and recorded in Deed Book 7655 Page 1, BIBB County, Georgia records; as last transferred to Bank of America, N.A., sbm to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 135,867.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of BIBB County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December , 2012 (December 04, 2012), the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 147 of the 4th Land District of Bibb County, Georgia, being known and designated as Lot 110, Beaumont Heights Subdivision, Phase Three, according to a plat of record in Plat Book 91, Pages 256-257, Clerk's Office, Bibb Superior Court. Said lot has such size, shape and dimensions as shown on said plat which by reference thereto is made a part hereof. This conveyance is made subject to a 25-foot building setback line as shown on recorded subdivision plat. This conveyance is made subject to Restrictive Covenants of record in Deed Book 5249, Page 259 and Deed Book 5318, Page 124, amended in Deed Book 5645, Page 376, said Clerks Office.
