Born on the 27 day of February, 2012 ORDER FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION DATED: November 30, 2012 DATE FILED: November 28, 2012 TO: All Interested or Affected Parties with a Parental Interest in the above child The mother of the above child is BARANDI PERSCHELL FRANKLIN A Petition for Termination of Parental Rights of the above initialed child was filed in said Court on November 28, 2012 alleging that said child is within the jurisdiction of said Court. This is to notify all males of the world with a parental interest in the above initialed child born on February 27, 2012, to be and appear in the Juvenile Court of Houston County, Georgia; 206 Carl Vinson Parkway, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088 on Wednesday, February 6, 2013, at 9:00a.m. to show cause why the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights should not be granted. Notice to biological Father, You, the biological father of the above initialed child, are hereby notified pursuant to O.C.G.A. 15-11-96(h) that you will lose all rights to your child and will not be entitled to object to termination of your parental rights to your child unless, within thirty (30) days of your receipt of notice as provided for in O.C.G.A. 15-11-96(e), you file: 1) A petition to legitimate your child named herein, pursuant to O.C.G.A. 19-7-22; AND 2) Notice of filing the petition to legitimate with Juvenile Court of Houston County, in which the action under this code section is pending, which is the Juvenile Court of Houston County. You are also notified, if you are the biological father but not the legal father, that you will lose all rights to your child and the Court shall enter an Order terminating all of such father's rights to the child and such father may not thereafter object to the termination of his rights to the child if within thirty (30) days of his receipt of this notice provided for in O.C.G.A. 15-11-96(e), he: 1) Does not file a legitimation petition and give notice as required in O.C.G.A. 15-11-96(h); 2) Files a legitimation petition in which is subsequently dismissed for failure to prosecute; or 3) Files a legitimation petition and the action is subsequently concluded without a Court Order declaring a finding that he is the legal father of the child.
