Jones, III, d/b/a Delta Partners, Dated 3/7/2012 and executed on 3/24/2012 said deed being given to secure a note Dated 3/7/2012 in the original principal amount of $24500.00, and recorded in Deed Book 288, Page 439, Clerks office Wilcox County, Georgia with interest from date at the rate provided in the note on the unpaid balance until paid; there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door at Wilcox County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December, 2012 the following described property:<br /><br /> <br /><br />All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot(s) 57, in the 1st Land District, Wilcox County, Georgia, and being all of Lot 2 & 3 of Grande Vista Subdivision, according to a map or plat of said subdivision as same is recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 55 Slide 81-A, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Wilcox County, Georgia.<br /><br /> <br /><br />The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of non-payment on said loan.
