YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the above styled action seeking an Order terminating parental rights tot he above listed child was filed against you in the Athens-Clarke County Juvenile Court on April 24th, 2012, and an Order for Service by Publication was entered by the Athens-Clarke County Juvenile Court on June 7th, 2012. YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED AND REQUIRED to appear before the Juvenile Court of Clarke County, Georgia, located at 325 East Washington Street; Athens, Georgia, on the 2nd day of August at 9:00 o'clock, a.m. The hearing is for the purpose of determining whether or not your parental rights to the above listed child should be terminated. A copy of the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights may be obtained from the Clerk of the Juvenile Court at 325 E. Washington Street, Room 115, Athens, Georgia, 30601, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. exclusive of holidays.
