FATHER OF PETITION FOR

TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS

TO: ZACHARY TAYLOR GRINER, an alleged biological father, and to ANY OTHER POSSIBLE BIOLOGICAL FATHER OF C.D.M.M., a minor male child born on February 25, 2012 to SABRINA LYNN PALMER CANNON.

You are hereby notified that a petition seeking termination of your parental rights to the above-referenced child was filed in the Juvenile Court of Grady County, Georgia on December 21, 2012. ursuant to an Order for Service by Publication dated December 21, 2012, you are hereby notified of a hearing to be held on this matter on March 22, 2013 at 11:00 o?clock a.m. at the courtroom of the Grady County Sheriff?s Department and Jail, 115 16th Avenue NE, Cairo, Georgia he purpose of the hearing is to determine whether parental rights should be terminated. arents may obtain a free copy of the petition directly or by mail from the Clerk of said Court during regular business hours, exclusive of holidays. he child is in the custody of the Grady County Department of Family and Children Services. he general nature of the allegations are that the child is deprived, and the deprived state is likely to continue and cause serious physical, mental, emotional, or moral harm to the child.

The biological father of the child is further notified that he will lose all rights to the child and will not be entitled to object to the termination of his rights to the child, unless, within 30 days of receipt of this notice, he files a petition to legitimate the child pursuant to O.C.G.A. Section 19-7-22 or an acknowledgment of legitimation pursuant to O.C.G.A. Section 19-7-21.1; and a notice of the filing of the petition to legitimate or acknowledgment of legitimation with the Juvenile Court of Grady County, Georgia as required by O.C.G.A. Section 15-11-96(h); and unless after filing a petition to legitimate he prosecutes it to a final judgment.

All parents have a right to a lawyer in this proceeding. parent may hire a lawyer, or, if financially unable to hire one, immediately request this Court or officer thereof to appoint a lawyer.
