NOTICE OF SUMMONS TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN and Teresa Viola, mother of the above-captioned child, Frank Viola, legal father of the above captioned child and any other party claiming to have a parental interest in said minor child born to Teresa Viola and Frank Viola, YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Morgan County Department of Family and Children Services will bring the above-styled Motion for Non-Reunification and Petition to Transfer Custody to a relative until 18 for a hearing before the Juvenile Court of Morgan County, Georgia in Madison, Georgia, on the 11th day of December, 2012 at 8:30 o'clock A.M. The purpose of the hearing is to determine whether DFCS should be relieved of its obligation to provide reunification services and, if so, to request that custody of the child be transferred to a fit and willing relative. A copy of the petition may be obtained by the parents from the Clerk of the Juvenile Court at Morgan County Courthouse, Madison Georgia, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 o'clock am until 5:00 o'clock p.m. exclusive of holidays.
