WISE, ELSIE ROBERTS, and any and all other persons known or unknown claiming any right, title, power, interest, ownership, equity, claim or demand in and to the real property hereinabove described and the abandoned manufactured home located thereon, and all occupants, tenants, lessees, licensees and all holders, owners and users of ways and easements in, across, over and under said real property: You are hereby notified that the above-stated Complaint in Rem was filed in the Magistrate Court of Bulloch County on the 23rd day of July, 2012, regarding the above-described real property and the abandoned manufactured home located thereon. You are further notified that, in accordance with the Code of Ordinances of Bulloch County, Georgia, the Plaintiff has prayed that the Court enter an order finding that said abandoned manufactured home is a nuisance and authorizing county officials to enter upon and remove the said abandoned manufactured home from the above-described real property, and that the cost of said removal shall be a lien on the property in favor of the Plaintiff.
