ceased, has filed the above-styled
Petition of Administrator for Leave to
Sell Property, that being certain real
property of said Estate being de-
scribed as follows: 176.7 acres,
Spring Flats Road, Worth County,
Georgia. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTI-
FIED to show cause why said peti-
tion should not be granted. All ob-
jections to the petition must be in
writing, setting forth the grounds of
any such objections, and must be
filed with the court on or before the
earlier of January 17, 2013, or if a
return receipt for such Notice is ac-
tually received by the Court, ten (10)
days from the date of receipt shown
on such return receipt. All pleadings/
objections must be signed before a
notary public or before a probate
court clerk, and filing fees must be
tendered with your pleadings/ob-
jections, unless you qualify to file as
an indigent party. Contact probate

objections are filed, a hearing will be
