In accordance with O.C.G.A. 19-12-1(b), notice is hereby given to all concerned persons that Glendy Jan Gosa, Petitioner, has filed a petition in the Superior Court of Meriwether County on the 16th day of July, 2012, to have his name changed to Glen Jan Gosa.

Any interested or affected party has the right to appear and file objections to said Petition. Said Petition will be presented to the Court for a final Order approving the name change not less than thirty (30) days from the date of filing.
