You are hereby notified that the above-styled action seeking to establish title to the below-described property against all the world was filed on the 18th day of May, 2012, in the Superior Court of McIntosh County, Georgia, Atlantic Judicial Circuit, and that by reason of order for service by publication entered by said Court on the 14th day of November 2012, you are hereby commanded to be and appear at said Court within 60 days of the date of the Order for service and file pleadings before the Court if you deem necessary.

All that certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 1515th District, G.M., of McIntosh County, Georgia, and being more particularly described on that certain plat of survey as containing 5.60 acres, more or less, prepared by C.M. German, GRLS No. 1838, and recorded in Plat Cabinet 1, Slide 177K, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of McIntosh County, Georgia. Said plat of survey being incorporated herein for all intents and purposes.

Also included in this conveyance is all of Grantor s interest in and to the prescriptive easement connecting New Home Road and the above-described property as referred to on the above plat of survey.
