NOTICE OF PROCEEDINGS

To: Jeffery Dale Stallings, Steven Markly Stallings, Regina Luann Gresham, Robert L. Woodall and all persons having claims to the above described property:

Please take notice that the above styled In Rem Petition seeking the forfeiture of the above property was filed in said Court on the 6th day of Aug., 2012, and, by reason of an Order entered by the Court on the 6th day of Aug., 2012, you are hereby commanded and required to file with the Clerk of said Court and serve upon Kevin Baugh, Assistant District Attorney, Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit, whose address is P.O. Box 498, Summerville, GA 30747, an answer to said Petition in writing, within thirty (30) days of the date of the second publication of said Notice of Proceedings.

Take further notice that at the expiration of thirty (30) days after the date of the second publication of the above and foregoing proceedings, if no claimant has appeared to defend said Petition, said Court shall order and direct the disposition of said property as provided by law.
