You are hereby notified that Petitioner filed above-styled action against each of you on July 25, 2012 in said Court, seeking to have the Court make a determination as to which of you, if any, are authorized to receive certain excess tax sale proceeds from the non-judicial tax sales of certain parcels of real property, and that by reason of an Order for service of summons by publica-tion entered by the Court on July 25, 2012 you are hereby commanded and required to file with the clerk of the Superior Court of Dougherty County, Georgia and serve upon W. Spencer Lee, IV, Petitioner`s attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 1376, Albany, GA 31702, an Answer/Claim to the Petition for Interpleader within sixty (60) days of the date of the Order for service by publication.
