By order for service by publication dated the 28th day of December, 2012, you are hereby notified that on June 9, 2011, the City of Oakwood, Georgia filed a Petition to Establish Title Against All the World against you. You are required to file with the Clerk of the Superior Court of Hall County, Georgia and to serve upon plaintiff's attorney, Donald T. Hunt, P. O. Box 2743, Gainesville, GA 30503, an Answer in writing within 60 days of the date of the order of publication. Take notice that on the 20th day of March, 2013, at 10:00 A.M. at the offices of Stewart, Melvin & Frost, LLP, 200 Main Street, Suite 600, Gainesville, Georgia 30501, the Special Master will conduct a final hearing to resolve all issues of fact or law raised by the petition in the above styled case. All parties shall be prepared to show cause at said hearing why the relief demanded by Plaintiff should not be granted. The findings of fact and conclusions of law found by the Special Master may become final and be incorporated into the final decree of the Court without further evidence unless you appear at the final hearing and show cause why the relief demanded by Plaintiff should not be granted.
