Notice is hereby given that Shawna Lynn Battles, the undersigned, filed his petition to the Superior Court of Putnam County, Georgia on the 17th day of January, 2013, praying for a change in the name of petitioner from Shawna Lynn Battles to Shawna Lynn Anderson.
