You are hereby notified that the above styled action seeking Enforcement of Lien, Damages, Judicial Foreclosure as well as a Petition to Quiet Title to real property known as 2494 Nugget Drive, SW, Conyers, Georgia 30094 in Rockdale County, Georgia being Tax Parcel ID No. 029-0-02-0126 was filed against you in the Superior Court of Rockdale County on December 13, 2012, and that by reason of an order for service of summons by publication entered by the Court on the 14th day of December, 2012, you are hereby commanded and required to file with the Clerk of said Court and serve upon Terry N.
