INVITATION FOR BIDS GLYNN COUNTY AIRPORT COMMISSION BRUNSWICK GOLDEN ISLES AIRPORT DESIGN and CONSTRUCTION of a FABRIC TENSION BUILDING Sealed bids will be received by the Glynn County Airport Commission, until 10:00 AM local time, Tuesday September 11, 2012, at which time they shall be opened at the Glynn County Airport Commission, Brunswick Golden Isles Airport 295 Aviation Parkway, Suite 205, Brunswick Georgia 31525-6804, for: DESIGN and CONSTRUCTION of a TENSION FABRIC BUILDING This will include the engineering, preparation of signed and sealed construction drawings and the permitting and construction of a 40 foot by 100 foot (nominal dimension) tension fabric storage building. The building shall be equipped with two roll-up doors, overhead lighting and forced-air ventilation. The building shall be placed on an existing concrete pad. Specifications may be obtained electronically by calling the Commission at 912-265-2070. This project will be bid with the Commission's right to award or reject any and all bids. Bid prices shall be held for up to 120 days. Inclusion and participation of disadvantaged, small, and local business entities is strongly encouraged, but minimum participation standards are not in effect for this project.
