INVITATION TO PROPOSERS Sealed proposals for Architectural Design and Engineering Services for a new JWSC Administrative Office Complex to be located at 2307 Gloucester Street in Brunswick, Georgia will be received by the Brunswick-Glynn County Joint Water and Sewer Commission (JWSC) at the JWSC's Office of the Director, 700 Gloucester Street, Suite 300, Brunswick, Georgia 31520 until 2:00 p.m., local time Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at which time and place, the names of the proposers only will be publically opened and read aloud. A complete RFP package is available free of charge on the JWSC website www.bgjwsc.org . The Proposer is encouraged to examine the location of the work and inform himself fully as to the conditions present at the site. A pre-proposal meeting and subsequent site visit has been scheduled for July 25, 2012 at 2:00 PM . The meeting will be held in the JWSC main conference room at the Office of the Director, 700 Gloucester Street, Suite 300, Brunswick, Georgia 31520. Attendance is not mandatory.
