You are hereby notified that the above styled action seeking an Order and Judgment to declare the foreclosure sale held on July 5, 2011, invalid; tat the Court declare the Deed Under Power recorded at Deed Book 50333, Page 673, in the Fulton County deed records, and any other deed executed and recorded pursuant to the foreclosure sale, null, void and of no legal effect; tat the Court declare the Security Deed recorded at Deed Book 29292, Page 191, in the Fulton County deed records reinstated, that the Security Deed remains a lien against the Property, and that the parties thereto have the same rights and remedies as though the foreclosure sale never occurred; and tat the Court grant Plaintiff such other and further relief as it deems just and proper.
You are hereby commanded and required to file with the Clerk of said Court and serve upon Summer J.
