Pursuant to Order of the Superior Court of Lee County, Georgia, dated April 5, 2012, as referenced by Civil Action Number shown below; will be sold at public out-cry to the highest bidder for cash on the first Tuesday in February the same being February 5, 2013, during the legal hours of sale before the Lee County Courthouse door in Leesburg, Georgia; to satisfy delinquent taxes due the State of Georgia and Lee County; the following described property, to wit:

Property Description :
All that tract and parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 161, 162 and 191 of the 2nd Land District, Lee County, Georgia, being Lot 2, as shown on that plat for Allied Products Corporation, recorded in Plat Cabinet D, Slide D-124, Lee County, Georgia Records, which plat is hereby referred to and made a part of this description.
The property conveyed herein is all of Lot 2 shown on said Plat, the same shown as containing 20.143 acres.
This property is more fully described in that Warranty Deed from Lilliston Corporation to Allied Products Corporation dated May 8, 1986 and recorded in Deed Book 85, Page 209, Lee County, Georgia Records.
The scheduled sale of said property is a judicial in rem tax foreclosure in accordance with the provisions of O.C.G.A. 48-4-75 et seq.
