LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR ROAD ABANDONMENT FOR A SECTION OF OLD CLAUDE PECK ROAD Notice is hereby given that the Hall County Board of Commissioners shall conduct public hearings during the regular meetings of the Board beginning at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday August 23, 2012 and at 6 P.M. on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at the Georgia Mountains Center, 301 Main Street, Gainesville, Georgia, to consider a road abandonment application for a section of Old Claude Peck Road. The subject road segment extends approximately three hundred eighty (380) feet along the Right-of-Way from the point where Old Claude Peck Road was reconfigured for a road improvement project.
