ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCELS OF LAND lying and being in All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 81 of the 10th District of Rockdale County, Georgia, being known and designated as Lot 3, Unit I, Hidden Valley Subdivision, according to map or plat shown in Plat Book K, page 16, records of Rockdale County, Georgia, to which reference is made for the purposes of incorporating the same as a part herein.

NOTICE OF SUMMONS

TO: All Interested Parties and/or Possible Adverse Claimants: Estate of Jack E. Mitchell; Estate of Dorathy Mitchell; State of Georgia Department Community Health, Medicaid Estate Recovery Unit; and All Other Parties Known or Unknown Who May Have or Claim Any Adverse Right, Title, or Interest in the Subject Property; and any additional party who may assert an interest or claim to the below described property.

By Order for Service of Summons by Publication dated June 6, 2012. Lionheart Investments, Inc. has filed a Petition To Quiet Title to real property you may claim an interest or to which you have an interest in adjacent real properties.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the above-referenced Quiet Title civil action will be held by the Honorable Albert A. Myers, III, Esq., as the Special Master, 884 Green Street SW, Conyers, Georgia 30012 on the 10th day of September, 2010, beginning at 2:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing will be to take evidence from all parties present on the factual issues of the Petitioner's Petition; to render a decision as to such factual issues; and to hear and take under advisement any questions of law that the parties may have as to such issues. The hearing will be the trial of this matter, as such; and any party who needs a transcript of the hearing must provide for a certified court reporter to be present at such hearing to take down all proceedings.

After the conclusion of the hearing, the Special Master will submit to the Court the Special Master's Findings of Fact and a Proposed Order, regarding all unresolved issues of the petition, moving that the Court adopt the Proposed Order as the Final Judgment and Decree of the Court in this matter. All parties are hereby notified to attend and present such evidence and/or questions of law as the parties, and/or the parties' counsel, may deem appropriate and necessary.
