NOTICE OF NUISANCE ABATEMENT PROCEDURE HEARING

The City of LaGrange, Geor- gia pursuant to LaGrange City Code 25-5-64 and O.C.G.A. 41 -2-12 hereby gives notice that on the 22nd day of August, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., there shall be heard before the Municipal Court of the City of LaGrange, Georgia, Six (6) Nuisance Abatement Complaints In Rem, concerning properties known as 302 Johnson Street; 304 Johnson Street (Front & Rear); 308 Johnson Street (Front & Rear); and, 310 John- son Street (Rear) and whether such properties shall be deemed nuisance properties and subject to abatement. This notice shall also serve to ad- dress the potential interest of Bertha B. Skinner, deceased; Heirs at Law of Bertha B. Skin- ner; Monnie J. Brabham; and, DeAndre L. Brabham, Sr. To the best of the undersigned knowledge and belief, title to said property is vested in the name of Bertha B. Skinner, de- ceased record owner.
