To: John M. and Katherine I. Mitchell, Citifinancial Services Inc. and any and all residents, occupants, tenants, lienhold- ers, claimants and any other interested parties.
TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the follow- ing described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land, located on the south side of East Main Street, in the Hogansville District of Troup County, Georgia, and out off the east side of the Moncrief Homeplace, said lot fronting East Main Street 66 feet and extending back south on the west side of the Mountville Road 166 feet and being 100 feet at the back or south end and the west line being 205 feet long, from north to south, said lot bounded on the north by East Main Street; on the east by Mountville Road; on the south by a lot now or formerly owned by Frank Crawford; and on the west by property now or formerly owned by Fred Hunt.
Being the same fee simple property conveyed by deed from Betty Smith Hampton to John M. Mitchell and Kather- ine I. Mitchell join tenants, dated 9-26-02 recorded on 9- 30-02 in Book 1041, Page 522 in Troup County Records, State of Georgia.
WILL EXPIRE AND BE FOREVER FORECLOSED AND BARRED ON AND AFTER THE 15th DAT OF SEPTEMBER 2012.
The Sheriff's Tax Deed to which this notice relates to is dated the 18th day of May 2009 and is recorded in the of- fice of the clerk of the Superior Court of Troup County, Geor- gia, at Deed Book 1537, Page 0693.
The property may be re- deemed at any time before the 15th day of September, 2012 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
