GEORGIA, TROUP COUNTY Because of default in the pay- ment of the indebtedness, se- cured by a Security Deed ex- ecuted by Colleen C Isom and Roy D Isom to Bank Of Amer- ica, N.A., dated June 26, 2007 in the amount of $120,650.00, and recorded in Deed Book 1433, Page 227, Troup County, Georgia Records; as last transferred to Bank of America, N. A. by assignment; the undersigned, Bank of America, N. A. pursuant to said deed and the note thereby se- cured, has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and pursuant to the power of sale contained in said deed, will on the first Tuesday in September, 2012 , during the legal hours of sale, at the Courthouse door in Troup County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the property described in said deed to-wit:

To ascertain the Point of Be- ginning start at a point mark- ing the point of intersection of the North Right of Way of Boyd Road and the West Right of Way of Mountville-Hogansville Road and run thence along the West Right of Way of the Mountville-Hogansville Road North 03 Deg 55 Minutes East 100.23 feet to an iron pin found located on the West Right of Way of Mountville-Hogansville Road, said iron pin found be- ing the Point of Beginning of the hereinafter described prop- erty.
From said beginning point run thence along the West Right of Way of the Mountville-Hogans- ville Road North 02 Deg 48 Minutes East 100.43 feet to an iron pin found; thence run South 88 Degrees 29 Minutes West 199.77 feet to an iron pin found; thence run South 03 Degrees 00 Minute West 99.73 feet to an iron pin found; thence run North 88 Degrees 41 Minutes East 200.05 feet to an iron pin found on the West Right of Way of Mountville- Hogansville Road and the Point of Beginning.

which has the property ad- dress of 4841 Mountville Rd, Hogansville, Georgia., to- gether with all fixtures and oth- er personal property conveyed by said deed.
The sale will be held subject to any unpaid taxes, assess- ments, rights-of-way, ease- ments, protective covenants or restrictions, liens, and other superior matters of record which may affect said property. The sale will be conducted subject (1) to confirmation that the sale is not prohibited un- der the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and (2) to final confirmation and audit of the status of the loan with the holder of the se- curity deed.
Notice has been given of inten- tion to collect attorneys' fees in accordance with the terms of the note secured by said deed. Said property will be sold as the property of Colleen C Isom and Roy D Isom and the pro- ceeds of said sale will be ap- plied to the payment of said in- debtedness, the expense of said sale, all as provided in said deed, and the under- signed will execute a deed to the purchaser as provided in the aforementioned Security Deed.
