Subject Transfer of ownership rights to the extent of 100% share in respect of residential House No. 3285, Built on old Plot No. 13, Street-B, Sector 21-D, Chandigarh (RP-3375) stands in the name of Col. Paramjit Singh Kohli S/O late Sh. Jasbir Singh Kohli on the basis of Registered Will dated 06/12/2010 of Smt. Iqbal Kaur W/0 late Sh. Jasbir Singh Kohli.
It is notified for the information of general public and all concerned that as per record of this office property known ay residential House No. 3285, Built on old Plot No. 13, Street-B, Sector 21-D, Chandigarh (RP-3375) stands in the name of Smt. Iqbal Kaur W/O late SH. Jasbir Singh Kohli.
It has been reported by Col. Paramjit Singh Kohli that Smt. Iqbal Kaur, who was the owner of the above said plot/house has expired on 16/9/2011 leaving behind her the following legal heirs:-
1. Col. Paramjit Singh Kohli -Son.
2. Mrs. Raminder Kohli -(Divorced daughter-in-law)
3. Ms. Sabrina Kohli (Minor) Grand Daughter
4. Ms. Mehak Kohli (Minor)Grand Daughter
(Sr. No. 3 & 4 both daughters of late Sh. Harinder Singh Kohli)
It has futher been reported that the deceased owner Smt. Iqbal Kaur has left behind her a Registered Will dated 06/12/2010, in which she had bequeathed the above said property/house in favour of her son Col. Paramjit Singh Kohli.
Now Col. Paramjit Singh Kohli S/O late Sh. Jasbir Singh Kohli, vide application dated 3/4/2012 has applied for the transfer of ownership of 100% share in the said property/house in his favour on the basis of above said Registered Will dated 06/12/2010 of Mrs. Iqbal Kaur W/O late Sh. Jasbir Singh Kohli. If any body has any information about any other legal heir of the deceased owner other than mentioned above, the same may be intimated to the Estate Officer, U.T., Chandigarh immediately.
If anybody has any objection upon the mutation of the said property in favour of above named applicant, he/she/ they may furnish in writing in the office of the undersigned within 30 days from The date of publication of this notice failing which the said property will be mutated accordingly and no further claim whatsoever shall be entertained at any later stage.
