CHANGE NAME OF MINOR CHILD

Notice is hereby given that Jennifer Okyere, the undersigned, has filed a Petition in the Superior Court of Fayette County on the 11th day of July, 2012 praying for a change in the name of his child Jamal Ali Omar Mitchell, Jr. to Josiah David Okyere-Kuykendall.

Pursuant to law, notice is hereby given to any interested or affected parties to appear in said Court and file objections to such name change. Objections must be filed with said Court within thirty days of the filing of said petition.
