Beginning at a point on the southeasterly side of state Hwy. 74 (245.9) feet southwesterly from the intersection of the southwesterly side of state highway 74 with the southerly side of a dirt road, per said plat; running thence southwesterly along the southeasterly side of state highway 74 (240) feet to an iron pin at the northeastern corner of Jim Lanier property, per said plat; thence southeasterly along the northeasterly side of said lanier property (209.5) feet to an iron pin; Thence Easterly (250) feet, more or less, to the east line of I.H. vance property per said plat; Thence north along the east line of said I.H. vance property, per said plat (250) feet to a point, said point also being located (250) feet south, as measured along the east line of said I.H.
