PUBLIC HEARINGS

The Mayor and City Council of the City of Fayetteville will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 6, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall 240 South Glynn Street, Fayetteville, Ga. 30214.

The purpose of this hearing is to consider amendments to Chapter 94 Zoning, to include the addition of Section 94-177 regulating Flea Markets, and amend Section 94-442 Continuance of a building occupied by a nonconforming use.

Also, to amend Chapter 36 Development Impact Fees.

Information pertaining to these requests is available at City Hall between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
