Legal 10559<br /><br />Notice of Public Hearing<br /><br />The Mayor and City Council of Peachtree City will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 16, 2012, at 7:00 P.M. It will be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 151 Willowbend Road in Peachtree City. All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard.<br /><br />The purpose of the hearing is to allow for public discussion of a proposed variance for the property located at 240 Masters Drive South within The Fairways subdivision. The owner of the property, Mr. Bryan LaBrecque, desires to cover and screen in an existing deck on the rear of the home. The existing deck was constructed in 1994 and encroaches approximately 5 into the required 20 rear building setback. The rear property line abuts the Braelinn Golf Course. The Applicant is requesting a variance to permit this encroachment.<br /><br />Information pertaining to this public hearing is available at City Hall, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.<br /><br />August 1, 2012
