TO: AMANDA JOY BESSE, MOTHER, WHEREABOUTS ARE UNKNOWN GREETINGS: Pursuant to an Order of this Court dated November 20, 2012 you are hereby notified that a Petition for Deprivation was filed against you in this Court by Joanne Besse, through her agent, Linda Roeding Wells, 16 Eastbrook Bend, Suite 101, Peachtree City, Georgia 30214, alleging the whereabouts of the mother, of the above named children are unknown. The Petition asks the Court to transfer temporarily legal custody of the above-named children to JOANNE BESSE for a period of twenty-four (24) months on the grounds that the children are deprived as that term is defined by O.C.G.A 15-11-2. A free copy of the Petition may be obtained from the Clerk of the Juvenile Court of Fayette County, One Center Drive, Fayetteville, Georgia 30214, on any day, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. You are hereby commanded to be and appear at the Fayette County Juvenile Court, One Center Drive, Fayetteville, Georgia 30214 on the 12th day of February, 2013, to show cause why the request of JoAnne Besse to obtain temporary custody of the above-named children should not be granted. You may file in the office of the Clerk of this Court and serve upon the Petitioner attorney, Linda Roeding Wells, 16 Eastbrook Bend, Suite 101, Peachtree City, Georgia 30269, your answer to the Deprivation Petition. A party is entitled to counsel in these proceedings and the Court will appoint an attorney for you if you are unable, without undue financial hardship, to employ counsel. Notice is hereby given that prior to a final hearing, a provisional hearing may be conducted by the court pursuant to O.C.G.A 15-11-39.2, on the above- stated date and at the specified location. Findings of Fact and orders of disposition made at the provisional hearing will become final at the final hearing unless parties served by publication appear at the final hearing.
