PUBLIC NOTICE

The Mayo and City Council of the City of Fayetteville will hold public hearings on Thursday, March 7th, 2013 and Thursday, March 21st, 2013 at 7:00PM at City Hall, 240 South Glynn Street, Fayetteville, GA 30214.

The purpose of these hearings is to consider a rezoning request from S. Truett Cathy to subdivide and rezone on e of the parcels from C1-(Downtown Commercial) to C3-(Highway Commercial). Property located at 600 W. Lanier Avenue.

Information pertaining to this request is available at City Hall between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.
