Legal 12104<br /><br />Notice of Public Hearing<br /><br />The Mayor and City Council of Peachtree City will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 7, 2013, at 7:00 P.M. It will be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 151 Willowbend Road in Peachtree City. All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard.<br /><br />The purpose of the hearing is to allow for public discussion of a proposed variance to Section 1004(b)(4)b. of the city Watershed Protection Buffer Ordinance, specifically a request to encroach into the established no-impervious buffer.<br /><br />The Applicant desires to construct a swimming pool, spa and other amenities within the courtyard of their home. The subject tract abuts Lake Kedron and includes a 100 undisturbed natural buffer as measured from the normal pool elevation of the lake. The subject tract also includes a 50 o impervious buffer which prohibits impervious surfaces.<br /><br />February 20, 2013
