There will be sold at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, between the legal hours of sale before the courthouse door in Pike County, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in June, 2012, the following property, to-wit:\

All that tract or parcel of land containing 56 acres located in Land Lot 148 in the 1st Land District of Pike County, Georgia. It is listed as the Pike County Tax Assessor\'92s Map Number 024-028 and the legal description is conveyed in full in Deed Book 155 on Page 169 in the Office of Superior Court, Pike County, Georgia.\

The above described property is found in possession of Brockington, Frank, and is levied on to satisfy a Fi.Fa. against Brockington, Frank, in favor of the Pike County Tax Commissioner for the State and County Ad Valorem Taxes for the year 2010, levied on as property of Defendant in Fi.Fa., with notice of levy and sale having been given the defendant in Fi.Fa. and/or to defendant in possession.\
