Hogan to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Homestar Financial Corp., its successors and assigns, dated January 23, 2009, recorded in Deed Book 699, Page 290, Jasper County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association by assignment recorded in Deed Book 784, Page 222, Jasper County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($76,500.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Jasper County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December, 2012, the following described property:<br /><br />All that tract or parcel of land, with house and all other improvements located thereon, lying and being in Land Lot 177 of the 18th District of Jasper County, Georgia, being depicted and designated at Property 10 in Raven Addition Section I to Turtle Cove, according to plat of survey recorded in Plat Book 4, page 161, Jasper County, Georgia Records. The description of said property as contained on said plat is hereby incorporated herein and made an essential part hereof by reference.<br /><br />The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in Security Deed and by law, including attorney s fees (notice of intent to collect attorney s fees having been given).<br /><br />JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association holds the Note and Security Deed to the above-referenced property and services the above-referenced loan on behalf of the current owner of the loan: JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association.
